Q. When we try to locate a unit near an approaching wall the unit flips around to the wrong position.

A. In this situation, hold the shift key down (the button under the caps lock ) and then locate the unit, this will keep the unit in the correct position, the same rule applies when moving a rotated unit.

Q. The colour on the screen and output looks like it is made up of dots and bands.

A. Check the screen colour setting in the control panel is not set at 256 colour as this would make your output look awful, on screen and printed.

Q. The walk-through mode is very slow.

A. It may be your graphics card, these can be replaced at very low cost and will improve your computers graphic performance. If in doubt about what cards to buy contact the Vision House help line.

Q. The hob and the sink disappear into the worktop.

A. You will have altered the thickness of the worktop after you brought in the sink\hob - delete the hob\sink and recall, this will rectify the situation.
