KBB Industry Needs Training

A recent analysis suggested that the KBB sector is in great need of education and training. The research, which consisted of interviewing and cold-calling KBB stores nationwide, identified industry knowledge, financial know-how and customer service as areas of weakness that could be easily improved with a structured educational program.

The National Training Group has worked hard to find good training providers across the UK who can work with local KBB businesses in their local area to develop skills covering all areas of running a Kitchen, Bedroom or Bathroom business. The courses for 2007 focus on installation, kitchen design, improving sales and customer service.

For KBB businesses targeting niche markets or for business owners who wish to take their sales and customer experience to the next level, the National Training Group has also committed to offer a bespoke training scheme in addition to its mainstream courses. Although the scope of this bespoke training is vast, the NTG is confident that the training can be completed in the same time as their other KBB courses.
